When you submit a form on this site — a homeowner quote request or a trade partner application — we collect the details you provide, such as: your name, email address, phone number, city or region, project details, and for trade applicants, company name, trade type, and business volume.

We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, scroll depth, and form submissions. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can decline analytics cookies using the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry about trade partnership opportunities
• To follow up with trade pricing, install specifications, and regional availability
• To understand interest by region so we can plan our launch

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in a secure spreadsheet accessible only to VESSEL Pools. Our website is hosted on Netlify, and form data may be processed on servers located outside Canada (including the United States). By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up on your quote request or partnership application, and no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or partner.

Your rights
